Andreas is founder and portfolio manager of Responsible Returns GmbH. After more than seven years as credit and portfolio manager at an international asset management firm he decided to combine his professional expertise with his interest in sustainability and to found an environmental and socially responsible wealth management company. Andreas is CFA charterholder and Financial Risk Manager. In his spare time Andreas enjoys climbing, yoga and is a great cinema enthusiast. Marco has finished his commercial traineeship and is currently studying History and Sinology at University of Zurich. He supports Responsible Returns in the areas of administration and marketing. If he is not onboarding new clients, working on new blog posts or bookkeeping, he likes to travel, to read and write and plays passionately poker.
Volker is the brain behind Responsible Returns’ IT infrastructure. With more than 20 years of experience in several IT-positions in international financial institutions he initiated the IT setup and security behind Responsible Returns. When he is free he enjoys vegetarian dining, nurtures rare plants at Pro Specie Rara or pursues several projects in his second home, Benin. Marli is the artist behind Responsible Returns. She developed the corporate design concept and has introduced the squirrel device as the symbol of our relentless passion and drive as well as our environmentally friendly ethos. She has a keen eye detail and is exceptionally passionate about her work. When not designing beautiful things, Lena, the newest addition to the Joubert family, keeps her very busy indeed.
Tom is the creator behind www.responsiblereturns.ch . He has programmed the website and focussed strongly on user friendliness and a crisp, clean look and structure.
